Need help...here is my case..
I was working for CompanyA and they filed my 1-140 and 485 concurrently in July 2007. CompanyA got Bankrupt after 11 months of filing and my 1-140 was pending. I joined companyB in July 2008 without doing AC-21 (as 140 were pending).
Now I got approval on I-140 (with CompanyA) during Mar 2009 and got approval copy from lawyer.
Today I received USCIS mail alert on I-140 that their mail was undeliverable. This could be due to my previous CompanyA is no more present at old address. I am afraid that this would give indication to USCIS that something is wrong with my old CompanyA . See below alert
+++++++++++++
April 17, 2009, the post office returned the notice we last sent you on this case I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER as undeliverable. This may have serious effects on processing this case. Please call 1-800-375-5283 to update your mailing address for this notice to be re-sent
++++++++++
What options are available to deal with this kind of situation? Can I do AC-21 immediately (as I-140 is approved now) and save my approved I-140?
PLEASE HELP.........
