I applied for I-140 and I-485 concurrently in December 2002. But due to some problems with the company I left the company in Jan 2003. My I-140 was approved in mid of 2003 and waiting for I-485. Should I loose hope on this case as I am not sure if I will be covered under AC 21 cap and start my process all over again? Please help. Thanx a lot.
