Please help:How to answer GMC section

I am bit lost with questions (15-20) under section Good Moral Character. Immensely appreciate your clarifications

Background:

a) I had one traffic citation for running red traffic signal about 5 years ago. I have paid the fine and also taken the lesson. I did not go to tarffic court etc.

b) Also, couple of years ago, somebody reversed her car into mine while I was waiting in parking lot. Since there was not 'any' injury police did not issue any ticket or fine etc. Later, matter settled by her insurance company.

I recently obtained DMV record its shows

a) 'None' for everything except it mentions under

accidents:
date, place, my vehicle number and FR CASE NO

Given above situation I am trying answer GMC section as follows.

15 NO

16 YES (for citation)

17 NO

18 NO

19 NO

20 NO

My questions:

i) Am I answering these questions correctly?

ii) Do I need to attach detail explaination with application or it is simply suffice to mention at given space about citation ?

iii) What should I mention under Outcome / Disposition for traffic citation ?

iv) (Do I need to/ How should I) mention about accident (in given space) and what should I mention under Outcome / Disposition ? Do I need to provide detail such as schematics etc..

for 16, you answered correctly. However, for the rest, since you did not tell any other info, i do not know if you answered them truefully or not.

you have to explain why you got the citation.

well, what was the outcome and disposition for the traffic citation? put it down as you already mentioned (paid fine, went to traffic school, no court required..etc) (didn't you already answer your own question?)

someone bumped into your car and it is not your fault. or did you physically hit the lady who hit your car, but you did not get arrested?

well, if it is not the case, are you worrying too much?

read the questions carefully and all your concerns should be answered.

Besides traffic citation and accident there is none that I was involved or applicable. So, given these two situations do you think, I should say YES for question 16, rest NO.

someone bumped into your car and it is not your fault. or did you physically hit the lady who hit your car, but you did not get arrested?

She bumped the car, I was waiting for her to take out the car, so that I can park. She forget to 'change' the gear to move forward and pressed GAS ! barged into my car. Fortunately, speed was not that great. We called police and he recognized that there is NO physical injury so nothing much can be done. We followed with respective insurance company and her insuarnce company paid the bill.

I just wanted to be sure that i am answering them correctly.

i do not think the accident is needed to report on your N400, unless you receive a citation / ticket in an accident.
