Please Help!!!!!!!! How Long Does Foia Take!!!

Hi All, How long does Freedom of Information Act/Privacy Act Request takes??

I went to my lawyer today to file for AOS through spouse petition, however, he said b4 filing the forms, he wants to find all my past immigration records. So can anyone tell me how long the process take? My lawyer said about 1-2 weeks.

Do you have any copies of your past immigration records? Visa, passport, applications..etc?? Possibly you could provide him with some information. That may speed up the process.
