Please Help - How does one decide EB-2 or EB-3

Guys,
Please answer me the following question?

I have a masters from US and over 2 years of exp when I joined my company. They filed for my LC. There is nothing in form 750 B ETA that says if I am EB-2 or EB-3. In fact the line line 14 is blank which says list documents that support education, training, experience..etc. to be submitted during I-140. I suspect though on ETA 750 form A they made the advertisement as if I am eb-2. So the question is I do not see anything on line 14 of ETA form B. Is that a big blunder.
Did my lawyer blunder or I am ok?

Thanks in advance,
Akela

Even I need to find that out. I had a LC filed for me in Sept 03 from the state of MD. The employer did run an ad in newspaper and provided all the details required for EB2 case, however when I recently showed it to another lawyer, she said that it was filed in EB3, but her interpretation is solely based on the fact that the job description does not say 5+ years of experience of Masters, which is an important criteria for EB2.

How can one verify this?

EB2/EB3 depends on job description, not on the qualification of beneficiary. EB2 at the minimum requires MS (BS + 5 years).
