Please help H4 to H1B !!!

my wife came on H4 and she got her H1 approved and working since Oct 2005. she would like to go for H1B visa stamping at canada/mexico. Her education is from India.
Anyone who got stamped from H4 to H1 .... please share your experience.

Hi,
I am in the same boat. Are there any risks in such case
--> First time h1 stamping and Non-US degree

I booked an appointment in Vancouver but am considering Tijuana, Mexico since its near.

Please reply if any First timer with non us Degree got a stamping and where.
