please help, i am total novice. I came to USA on f-1 and now on h1B. i am going for stamping to matamoras in first week may.
In their official site, where i took the appointment, they make no mention of the fact that whether we need Mexican visa to enter matamoras from brownsville, TX. If we need, how do we apply? and how to travel from brownsville and come back. ? is there a bus service..because if i rent a car and i get rejected then it will be disaster.
also, my time is at 8.30 morning. is it a problem..because they mention that we have to pay in some mexican bank that open at 9.00 AM.. do we have to pay before the appointment or we can pay after?
If anyone can please give step by step details, it will be a lot of help.
