My H1B is expiring on 03/10/2003, I got EAD extended up to 01/2004. I didn't work for my sponsoring company (from April,2002 to Oct,2002) after getting my EAD on April,2002. I worked with other company in similar IT job during that period. Now I came back to my sponsoring company and working with them. They did not ask for EAD. I did not inform to INS regarding job change. Now my questions are...
1) Do I need to apply for H1b extension? I already used my EAD in 2nd company?
2) If I use my EAD (filling up I-9 etc. form) with my sponsoring company before expiration of H1B, do I need to inform INS regarding my status change?
3) I am getting 15% less salary from LC salary. Will it afftect my GC processing if I use EAD?
