Please help..H1 Revalidation refused due to 60 day limit

Hi All,

Please help:

DOS refused my visa revalidation application on Oct 10 02 because my passport had a remaining validity of more than 60 days.Now I reached those 60 days, I would like to resubmit my application.

My questions:

1) Do I need to pay any fee now?If so,how much?
(I already paid $65+$75 in the first attempt)

2) How long do I need to wait to get my passport back?

In the refusal letter they mentioned that I need to resubmit my application to Washigton D.C.

It was close to 5 months

My current visa expires on Feb 1 2003 and I'm planning to resubmit my application directly to Washington DC on Dec 1 2002.
