Hi,
My company applied for the 1year extension since my 6yrs is over.My green card was in processs with the older RIR method for more than an year which is required for H1 visa 7th year extension.Later keeping the priority date they moved the case to perm and my labor got approved.My h1 application was received at the california service center on oct 3rd and the information I have from the law firm is that they are looking at cases filed around oct 31st which is way after oct 3rd.Please let me know why I haven't received the approval yet since I am long way past the date they are currently looking at.
