I filed my 485 in June 2004 140/EAD/Ap got approved...If I get a full time offer can I go work ON EAD now(from Sept 2004(after 90 days of 485)) and at the same time with my h1 company I work part time on my h1 and can I run payroll...!!??

Can I use both at a time!!??

is that will be a problem..or you want me to stay 180 days with h1 company and work on H1..dont use EAD now!!??

U want me to use after 180 days and after filing AC21!!??

Can you please sugget...thanks a bunch in advance

it seems you already know answers to the Qs that you posed.

Also, if you knew the fundamental requirements of AC21 to change jobs, you wouldn't be asking these Qs.

I don't wish to sound rude, but you have to wait 180 days after filing I-485 to move on. You are lucky though that you have I140 approved...

H1 & EAD

to my knowledge you can't use both at the same,
also, if you use EAD once, then you can't go back and
work on H1, to do that, you have to go out of the country
and get new H-1B visa stamping on ur pp

I don't know your situation, but, i think you will better off
if you be on H-1B,

again, this is what I learnt from my attorney, it may not be correct
better check with your attorney
