My I-140 was approved this year in Feb 2007 and I applied for I-485 in June 07. I have passed my 180 days period. Also got EAD and AP
Question is that my current employer is filing for Bankruptcy. I am still working for him. now if he files for Bankruptcy how does that affect my I-140 OR can I use AC21 (if he files in Jan 2008) and move to another job in Feb 2008???
Please help gurusssss....

If the company is going to be in business it should not affect you. They need the people to run the business. The Problem is if it goes out the business before 180 days. That means you do not have valid offer until 180 days which could be problem. But that issue being raised is only remote possiblity.

Otherwise you can use AC-21
