I am currently laid off after 180 days and not working. I got RFE for employment verification. What should I do?

I will really appricieate if you guys can give me some feedback.

if it is consulting company you can request them to give employment letter that will help you. Otherwise you need to find job or someone who can give you future employment letter.

What if I can get a offer letter and send it to INS. Do they need w2 and paystubs etc.

Your attorney needs to send a letter to the INS saying you
changed jobs after 180 days.

Need to send letter with:

a) Position Title
b) Position Salary
c) Position Duties

Please read the INS memo located at various sites.
It kind of tells you what to do.

Get a good attorney involved. It will cost you
about $1000 but it may be worth it.
