My green card was approved on March/10/2006 from "California Service Center" and they have posted my plastic card on June/13/2006 but I did not receive the plastic card. I have called them after 30 days of the posted date no good response from customer support, but my resident address is correct on their record. I went to local INS office they told me to apply through I-90 form with sending a processing fees check, I have sent I-90 with a check on Sept/1/2006, but check amount is not yet taken and no receipt or any response for my request from INS service center. I have sent this documents by certified post they did receive the document.
Please suggest me what should I do next.
