I have looked everywhere and have not found a case like this yet. In a nutshell, My husband and I had a sketchy interview just over a month ago. We were immediatley separated and the interviewer questioned me (petitioner) for about 45 minutes. He never seemed overly concerned with our relationship but more just using scare tactics on me. We brough a lot of supporting evidence (lease, joint bank account, cell phone bill, car title, car insurance, car registration, gym memberships, photos, plane tickets, letters, cards, ect.) During my interview he actually called my mother (who I have fallen out with) and she told him how she felt about my marriage (which wasn't good). I told him I knew she didn't approve but that was from pressure from her husband who is a racist and narrow minded person. My mother attended my wedding and I even have pictures of her with me and my husband after our marriage. It ened with him calling me back in and asking me to send in another medical form and also our co-sponsors birth certificate(which was included with the original paperwork). He then said he would most likely call us back in and that our application would be denied anyway. He did take my husbands I-94. We sent in the things he asked for plus anything else we could think of to maybe help our case out. So, we just received a call in letter (G-56) about 4 days ago. It is to come back to the Tampa office to meet with the same officer in just under 2 weeks. It says the reason for the appointment is "review and completion of your adjustment of status". It asks to bring the G-56 and a passport; nothing else! Does anyone know what this might be. I called USCIS and they said it more than likely was for the evidence I submitted and that they would probably make a decision after going over it. She also said it more than likely isn't another interview since it would normally say that on the form. We have an infopass for early tomorrow morning but I am hoping someone else may have a similar experience or at least a little information. Thank you so much!

i just did my interview but they didn't take our i-94 also, but after checking through this forum i realized that not all i-94
are collected and its like i-94 that are not expired are not taking.
