NBC2003-Please answer my couple of questions regarding Emergency Advance Parole!!!

My advance parole is pending in MSC. My father is very sick and I have to see him soon. I talked with BCIS representative over phone and they recommended me to go local office at Hartford CT. I set up an appointment with them on coming Tuesday. I don’t know what kind of documentation/ proof I have to show them. If any gurus know anything about it or passing through the same situation please let me know. I appreciate it.

ND: August 4, 04 for I-131, I-130, I-485, I-765
Fingerprint and Biometrics: August 14, 05
Update: I-485, August 19, 04

Thanks!

I had the same issue. My mother-in-law was having surgery and so we wanted to be there for support. So we approached the Houston center with proof of the x-rays, and a doctor's letter regarding her condition.
The immigration officer immediately looked up my records and said that she was approving my advance parole for 3 months. She mentioned that the regular AP would show up later from the National Benefits Center where our application was pending. It took less than 15 minutes to get it. Do take some photos with you because they put your photo on the AP. I think the immigration photos have to be taken in a certain way.

Thanks so much. It really helps. I appreciate it.

--So you got the Ap instanly and 3 months, started from that very day?

-- And you had to back within that expired date?

--Was it only for your particular country or you can go any where?

--Was it multiple entry or single entry?

-- How many photoes I have to bring over there?

--Did you have to pay for the emergency ap again?

-- Did you get your original AP after how many days?

I know it's a lot of questions. Please let me know. Sorry to bother you.

Thanks!
