I'm new to this Forum and I would be happy if somebody could give me advice on filling out my AR11 form.
I don't know which is the right box to chek (Visitor, Student, Permanent Resident or Other......)??????
Since I'm in the process of Permanent Residendcy, also on the end they ask for "My stay in US Expires on......."
Is this the date given on your I 94 entry card????????
I'm thankfull for any advice since my move was already four weeks ago and I really have tosendthis form NOW.
