Please help- employment with sponsering employer

Hello Guru's, My employer is now ready to apply for my labor application in Perm. I have a bachelors degree, and about 9 years of expericance. But past 6 years of my experiance has been with the current employer itself. I have a questionare to fill out, but it states that I should have had all the expriance to be included in the perm application prior to joining the current company. Is that true? As you all know, for EB2 application the minimum requirement would be a Masters (which I don't have) OR a bachelors with 5 years of experiance. So, any help is greatly appreciated.
