Hi,
My employer is going to relocate to another state. All offices including headquarter will be transferred by the end of 2007. My employer offered me relocation and promotion package. I'm really concerned about how this relocation is going to impact my GC application.
My EB3 LC and I-140 approved in 2005, however, I can not file I-485 because of retrogression (PD: March 2003). Will I still be able to file I-485 using the approved EB3 LC and I-140 after relocation and all offices in current location closed? Should I start a EB2 PERM application? What's the risk if the EB2 case is denied?
Thanks in advance for your advice.
