I have a PHD in Mechanical Engineering from Top 10 University in US. Focus of phd research work - applied math. Several pubications in leading journals and a book chapter. 20 Citations of work . Worked in US uinversity as Lecturer in Math Department for 3.5 years. Presently, employed in a bank as a quantitaive analyst - offical designation Asst. vice president ( if this designation makes a difference). Am I elgible for EB1? I am not whether I can apply under EB1 since my degree is in Engineering not Finance. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
