Please help !!! - EAD expires soon

I have applied EAD renewal online in Mid November '04. Original one is expiring in 60 days and my company sent me warning mail about expiring. Currently VSC processes Oct'01 2004 EAD application.

Please help me as to what to do if my case expires before VSC delays in processing my case. Is there any interim EAD can be obtained?

interim EAD can only be issued when your application for renew is longer than 90 days. if your EAS expires and you are not qualify for interim EAD, then you need to stop working.

there is a provision you might get interim EAD before the 90 days time frame, you need a letter from your employer and go to your local ASC for USCIS. hope this helps

Do not see any problem if there are 60 more days before your
EAD expires. Your renewal application is at least 45 days old. Wait for another 45 days and then by the time if you do not get your EAD approval, apply for interim EAD.

If you do not get EAD or interim EAD by the the time your current EAD expires, you need to stop working.
