Please Help. EAD expired!!!

Hi,

Pls help. Wife has her EAD expired in 10/13/03 and didn't renew it. However, she does hold her H1B and is valid til 05'. She's been working for the same co. for the GC process and never jump ship. Can she still work w/ her H1B? Does she now need a new EAD? or can you renew the one which had been expired in Oct?

I guess that she hasn't used her EAD till now because she is working with the same employer on H1B. So don't worry. She does not EAD at all. You can't renew the EAD with effect from old date after it is expired. You can only apply for a fresh EAD. Go and apply for one.
