Please help! - EAD address?

Please advise!

I am here in the US on L2 Visa and about to apply for my EAD, form I765.

My state falls under Nebraska Service center but I might be moving out of the state while the application is in process. To avoid the delays, can I mention my friend's address in the application?

I am aware that I can change the address by sending a letter to NSC but what will happen if the state I move is not under the jurisdiction of Nebraska Service center? Hence I was thinking of giving my friend's address as my mailing address.

Kindly advise.

Yes you can give your friends address for your EAD, but incase if you need to take biometrics you need to go to your friends state's ASC to give your fingerprints.
