Please help due to travel soon

I mailed off my I751 on April 13th my GC is due to expire on May 22nd,
I am due to go to europe on may 26th, I have not recieved anything back for the USCIS, i did get acknowldement back for the usps that my package was recieved on april 20th what do i do if i dont recieve the extension letter before i am to leave for my trip?

Schedule an infopass and get your passport stamped with the I-551.
