I have my I-485 receipt application and i have not applied for EAD and AP.
My RD 02/16/2001
   ND 03/14/2001
Can i go to the local INS office after 90 days and get my EAD and AP.
Does 90 days count from RD or ND.

Hi NTR,

By laws, the interim EAD only applies for renewal not first time
EAD. Nevertheless, you can still go to local office to try your
luck. Most offices count 90 days from RD, but some count from
ND. You never know. YOu just have to physically go there and
hope you get an IIO who is willing to help you. Please go to
Personal Experiences section on the website. There are a few
articles describing interim EAD at local offices.
