I am currently on H1B, I have I-140
approved 6 months ago and 485 is pending for more than
17 months with VSC. My wife has just joined me on H4,
We are planning to file for her I485/EAD/AP next week.

I have an offer from a company, Iwant to pursue this opportunity using AC21 regarding this potential move, I have some questions that I wanted to ask. I would be extremely grateful if anyone can help with the following two questions.

1. Assume I join this new company on EAD status,I assume that will invalidate my H1 and my wife's H4,Question is,would this petentail move on my part willaffect my wife's 485/EAD/AP application in any advers
way

2. What immigration documents would I need from My current employer in order to proceed my 485 case with new employer.

To keep things simple apply for your wife's 485/EAD/AP and then join the new company taking advantage of AC21. Make sure you have clear copies of your Labor approval, 140 approval, 485 Receipt Notice and anything else that you think is important. Make sure you get an experience letter from your previous employer.
