Hi, I'm a new user here. I found there was a similar topic, but my situation is somehow diferent. Please help, thanks a lot.
I'm working for a company in Boston. My labor certification application was filed to MA SESA last month. And now for some reason, I have to move to Dallas in the same company, with same title, same salary. Because the processing of LC in Boston is much faster than in Dallas. So I'd like to have my LC still processed in Boston. The immigration staff in my company told me that I have to move back to Boston before filing I485, and wait for 6 months, then I can move to Dallas again. Do you think this way is feasible? Any potential risk for that? Any better solutions?
Another question is if I take the above approach, after I move to Dallas, should I transfer my I485 from Vermont to Texas?
