Please help begin the process!

Hello everyone. Thanks in advance for taking the time to read my message and help.

My situation: I-94 overdue by 20 years. :( (I came with my parents when I was 4.) Boyfriend/soon to be husband is USC. We're trying to get me a GC.

Here's what I think I need, please let me know if its wrong or if I'm missing anything: i130, i485, g325a (one for the each of us), i864, i765, i693, and any photos, copy of passport, other documents.

Questions: Is there a difference between G325 and G325A?
If/When I get my GC, can I leave the country AND return to US with just GC alone? or do I need other paperwork (ie reentry permit, etc)? Thanks! :)

G325A has four (nearly) identical pages you need to fill out, G325 has one. G325A is the one you need.

When you get your Green Card you will be able to leave and re-enter the USA without issue. The only reason you need a re-entry permit is if you are planning on leaving for a significant period of time (>6 months IIRC).
 
By the way - how did you enter the country? I assume you have a I-94, even if it is a really old one?
