ECFMG will have to petition the USCIS and it will depend on their decision. lately there have been some threads on this topic in this section of the bulletin board here. check them.
Thanks, J1victim, I think there will be more choices for me if I choose J-1 for residency. Less and less hospitals support H-1. So I don't want to stick to it.
