There seems to be lot of confusion for me as in which INS centre should i File my 485.
My labor and I14o got approved in Vermount as per parent company is in Virginia. I moved to North Carolina as a consultant and have been staying here for a year. I insist my lawyer to file my case in Vermount with my NC address as done by some of friends since my labout and 140 got approved in vermount, but my lawyer is insisting that since my address is in NC i have to file in Texas.
Please help me in this matter and also can u please advise as to what is Federal regualtion so that i make my lawyer understand..
