My Husband intend to travel alone with Advance Parole which is part of my
I-485 petition. But he is also on H-1b status right now.
1) How many original copy (with photo) of Advance Parole should
receive from INS? We got two for two for my husband from the
Local INS, is that the correct number?
2) Is this true that he has to keep the two copies at all time?
Does he has to surrender one of the copy to the Airline company
when he comes back?
Does he has to surrender one of the copy to immigration at the port
of entry?
3) Will he get a new I-94 card at the port of entry when he comes back?
Since he\'s on H-1b status right now, what will the expiration date of the
I-94 card say if he will get one? Should he show the immigration his
H-1b document? Is he still on H-1b when he comes back?
4) Does he need to staple the I-94 card which is at the bottom of his
H-1b petition approval notice to his passport, and surrender it to the
airline
company when he leaves US? Because he orignally enterred US on F-2,
he also has a I-94 Card for his F-2 status still on his passport. Should
he surrender that one instead? Is there any different leagal implication
on the I-485 process later on if Airline company takes the wrong I-94 card?
