Please help, another travel question to Canada

I have Canadian PR paperwork, want to go to Canada by airline using NP (landing), and come back by RTD. would CIS found out I entered Canada by NP? I saw the post below and learned that border-crossing database is shared, I wonder if they share same thing by airline travel.

thanks for any comments and advice.

what's next?

I would advise against it. When you are leaving USa airlines will swipe your passport, this is done so information can be passed on to US Customs. This may get you in trouble if you use RTD upon return.
