Please help : Advance Payroll Status

Hi, I'm new to this forum and recently applied for Advance payroll to the Texas center.

Here is the online message, I would really appreciate if you guy please help me understand this message.

Message says:

Application Type: I131 , APPLICATION FOR BCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT

Current Status:

On January 11, 2005, the document we made based on the approval or
registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued.


I could not understand whether this is RFE or approval and whether me or my lawyer will receive this document.
