Hi

I am working for a consultancy company on H1b for a month now and they paid me less than the wage they are supposed to pay ( and even less than prevaling wage). I am planning to go for stamping in next month ( I am an F1 student changed my status to H1b). Is this going to be a problem? Can anyone help me on this.

Thanks a lot.

It may be noted that 2007 H1-B quota with all added priorities is only
