I need to apply for the EAD card as soon as I could, but now I have a problem: according to the instruction of I765 form, I should submit the copy of I94 with all the other documents, but the birthday on my I94 was wrong and my company had already helped me put a request on the modification, not get the new I94 yet. Do you think I could apply for the EAD as normal or I have to supply some additional evidence to prove my birthday?
