Please Help - 485 RFE - Employement Letter

Today I received the RFE notice asking for emlpoyement letter. Can anybody suggest me how to draft the letter.
My attorney is on vacation and will be back after 2 weeks.
Also do I need to reply or wait for my attorney to reply the RFE. Please suggest....Thanks.

Wait for your lawyer to return...things may be beyond letter of employment

May include "ability to pay" information from your employer.
Balance sheet with Tax info for your company from last year
