Hi,
I recently received RFE on 485 and it looking for
1) Submit an original letter on company letter head from your prospective employer who filed Form 140/360 on your behalf you stating continued interest in hiring, job description, and remuneration.
2) Last 2 months pay stubs.
History:
140 ND nov 2002 and AD June 2003.
485 ND Jan 2003 and AC21 filed in Sep2004.
Done with FP1 and FP2 in Oct2004.
RFE on 485 last week.
When i submitted my AC21 we submitted EVL, my intention to not continue with my previous etc. So my attorney says since we submitted just 2 months back we dont need to submit another EVL and he just wants to include the remaining requested docs and explain that we submitted AC21 and explain AC21 law again. Also not sure why RFE is explicitly looking for EVL from old employer even after AC21 submission.
Please ginnu, United nations and all other experts please let me know your thoughts and best course of action.
