Please Help: 2nd fingerprint

I did my first FP at the end of JUNE 2002. It's been expired but I've not received the 2nd FP notice.

I will need to travel for a while in the next couple of months. Is it possible to ask for the 2nd FP notice from the district office based on what I have on my 1st FP notice? Anybody has such experience?
