Please Help 140 amendment approved

As i got RFE for 140 amendment , i got approved140 today...
when i got RFE in Feb thye gave me time till May... on May we send with recipet number to INS mentioning we are waiting for 140 approval.
which was updated on Jun 27th they recieved RFE... it takes 900 days Now my question is i got approval of 2nd 140 today.. do i need to send it
to CSC to get approve my 485 my lawyer says as i send recipet no, they will consider my application and check on 140 ammendment
approval at time of approveing 485.. any one has any idea how we have to handle this case.., is that true officer will check about 140 approval
with recipte date at time of issuing 485

ching132, i think you should ask your lawyer to send a copy of the I-140 approval notice to INS CSC just to be sure.

Btw, when did you file your 2nd I-140 application?

I applied on Dec 01 2000 for 140 2nd approval...its TSC center.. however i am planning to send it , but it will take some time
as i just got this new when i talked IIO...so they a have to mail and then my lawyer had to send to CSc...
is there any way they can look on my case in CSC about 140 approval
