I have a very tough question about PD carrying over.
I filed NIW 140/485 Sept. 05. Now my labor with PD of 2003 has been approved. If I file 140 now based on labor, can I carry over the old PD to my NIW's 485? Thus it can make my NIW's PD to be current.
SOme people said that I cannot. Because to carry over, the 140 with old labor must be approved before the 140 of NIW be filed or approved. Is that right? If that is right then I have no hope. Does anybody think I can carry old PD over if I file my labor's 140 now?

The 140 with the "older" PD needs to be approved for you to carry it over. I've never heard of a case where they intended to do so, the otherway round.

There might be some additional paperwork that can be filed in addition with your existing one.
