Please Give inputs !!!! Address Change between approval and getting the Plastic card

Hi can anyone give suggestions/advise as how to handle situation where address will be changed after getting the stamp on passport but before receiving the Plastic card.
Is there any issue on getting it forward?. !!! would having a PO BOx help. Any restrictions from INS -
