Employment : Permanent (sort of) research scientist in a US univ. VC will provide such a letter.
Ph.D. from India (2003) + exp India 2.5 years, Germany 1.5 years, US 3 years
Papers 23, 6 as first authored.
Total citations around 80 (h index 6)
Presented more than 30 papers in conferences around the world.
regular reviewer of several journals , have letters from them that they select only "internationally recognized scientists" for review work.
Co-producer (not the lead scientist) of a mathematical model widely used by US Defense, industries and scientists world-wide.. Have letter proving this..
recent paper of mine (lead author) got wide publicity in news media. Science magazines like "New Scientist" , "Science News" featured my work. Also it appeared in several news paper in Spain, Germany and India.
As original contributions : Have 6 letters from professors/scientists (3 in US, 3 outside) highlighting my work. The 2 letters in US are from Government Research labs...
One award from my university called "outstanding performance in science for 2010"

How do you see my chances for EB1 "outstanding researcher"?
 
SP - Verlander is a legit ace and Oswalt is consistent. Cain and Gorzelanny are both solid. Bush has lots of potential, and Kendrick will be able to help with wins, but he doesn't strike out very many people.
