Please Evaluate my case

1. Ph.D. in Jan 2001 from a Top US Univ.
2. Have been working for a very large company for one year. Also worked
   3 years at my home country before came to US.
3. Published 4 Journal papers and 14 conference papers (all formal papers).
   Other 4 journal papers are pending.
4. Have 10 citations, 5 in English.
5. Served as member of Progam Committee for two international conferences,
   also reviewed papers for a couple of international conferences and
   workshops.
6. Invited to publish a journal paper by Editor in Chief, invited to be
   a speaker on an international conference which was keynoted by a Nobel
   Prize winner. (I didn\'t attend)
7. No major awards except university and company awards.
8. No major memberships.
9. References should be as usual.

Please evaluate my qualifications. Any suggestions will be high appreciated.

I suggest you file EB2 NIW or have your large company get labor cert for you. Either way you should be fine.

You have a good chance for NIW if you build your case well. The good thing for it is not requiring labor certificate.

You may have a chance for EA, not big; OR needs 3 yrs of experience, your 3 yrs of experience before coming is not easy to be used to satisfy that requirement.

except for 3 years\' reseach experience? What can I improve for the

Yes, I think you do, for OR except 3 yrs of experience. You have a good chance for EA, you should get all what you said in documentations, such as letters from high-ranked people, professors, editor-in-chief, copies of awards; at the same time, try to get a professional membership with a selection procedure, not those just paid and got. See if your title is scientist or highter. Get good regerences, too.
