I have filed all my applications for immigration on blue color A4 paper and been
successful at it.
However it is not recommended for DS-156 form for visitor visa
in chennai, My parents were asked to fill the again on white paper.
Iam glad that they got their visitor visa for 10 years, but they
had to spend an hour filling the form again at the consulate
Not fun at all !!
Save yourself some trouble if you are filling the form on blue color paper.
