I have been watching someone is adding duplicate entries to the VSC tracker system. If you are adding records for someone else please make sure that ND, RD, FP and PD are not mathced with any of the record at online tracker report. Some times user post different details on this board than what he had at the tracker, in that case it is difficult to find out whether it is a DUP or not.
For example this morning Kakadi posted his approval info on this board with a ND of 10/18/00 and he already updated his record with ND 10/24/00 with the different handle id : Annya332. Some one mistakenly added his record with Kakadi name. This is a difficult case to figured out whetehr user already updated his record or not. We will be deleting Kakadi entry from the system.
And another example INDEB2OCT2000 which is a mere duplicate of IND_EB2_OCT2000 with right info on it. In this case RD,ND,FP are same. Please avoid adding dups for this type of cases. If you attempt add a new record for others and found out that another entry with same name was already in the system please send a email to myladoor@immitracker.com with the handle id and update info. AND also you can post a request to the original poster to update the tracker.
Finally any one can add the entires to the tracker if you have enough information.
