We are planning to change the name of our company.
It is now nearly 16 months since i have been waiting for my GC.
I came into the US on L1B which is a intercompany transfer. I am currently on EAD. Will this impact my GC processing?

Please do let me know as I am in a panic mode and surely need some good advice.
 
If you are chaging the name as well as the TAXid of the company you will need to file the 140 amendment or use AC21. Your status will have no affect on you. If tax id remains same then you should be ok.
