I submitted RFE documents 8/15/2005 and heard nothing of any progress.
My lawyer sent the first inquiry around 9/15 and they replied that my case was under supervisor review at that time.
My lawyer send the second inquiry aroud 10/15 and today they responded that my file is currently in their adjudication section for review.
Both responses came from 'Center Adjudications Officer' with different officer name.
What's this sign? Is my file placed under the stamp for immediate decision?
Or, are they ready for denial to check their supervisor review?
They should intend to bottom up my energy, if there remains any....
