Please confirm this bad news

I called my lawyer yesterday to ask some questions about I485. He told me that he attended an immigration meeting in Chicago the week before last week, and the guy from USCIS said that I485 processing will become worse because of man resource issue. Anybody has the similar news from your lawyer?
 
I am not surprised

They had put the I485 in the back burner many times before. I will not be surprised if they do it again in the future. That is why our class lawsuit is so important. With this lawsuit, we hope that they will not sacrifice I485 everytime there is a new task coming up.
