Dear Friends

Could anybody tell me what \'RFE\' stands for and what is G325.

I am waiting for I-485 approval and here are my details.

ID: 8/13/1999
ND: 9/4/1999
FL: 8/2/2000

If we receive RE, are we going to receive at home address or the attorney is going to receive RE?

RFE means Request For more Evidence. You may get RFE in the
following situations.
1)If you have given change of address to INS after filing I-485
2)If your company name got changed after I-140 is approved and before
I-485 if filed.
3)You may get RFE for any medical forms like Immnuinty etc... if
you have not submitted at the time of filing I-485. The most
common is 1). In this sitaution they will ask the Employment letter,
last three months pay stub,updated biographic form etc... The RFE
will be recevied by your lawyer. They will give certain amount of
time to respond. Once you respond and after INS receives that it
may take 3-4 weeks for approval. It depends on case to case. Do not
take it for granted. You may not get RFE . It is not necessary that
you will get RFE.

Hi Buss Babu,

Dis you receive an RFE? If so on what date? I am asking this question because my I-485 notice date is close to yours
and just eager to find out if they are processing Sep\'99 485s.
