Hi All,

I am new to this forum. I am posting this on behalf of my husband. Last week my husband received his I-140 approval notice and in that Priority Date shows Jan 6th 2003.

Gurus, could you all please tell me is it the date as PD we need to keep and also could some one tell me what date now USCIS processing regarding I-485.

Any help will be appreciated.

yes that is the PD

your approval depends on if your case is EB2 or EB3( this should be on the I140 approval notice tooo)

EB2 is current meaning if your PD is as of yesterday they have the VISA number to approve your case

EB3 the current date is 01MAR2002 meaning your PD should be before that date to approve the case.

State department releases the PD's on every 15th of the month so depending on your case do check
